Horizon Medical has been serving the Denali Borough residents and visitors since 2009. All medical care by walk-in. Services offered include rapid assessment and triage, lab services, wound care, phlebotomy, sports medicine, x-ray, sports physicals, as well as occupational health services. For DOT physicals and drug/BAT testing please call ahead to schedule.

We bill Alaskan insurance and
Medicare/Medicaid/Tricare. All
other patients are fee-for-service.
Cash payment discount available.
Payment expected at time of
service for uninsured or
out-of-state patients. Patients
will be provided with receipt and
superbill to submit to their
insurance company for
reimbursement.
